Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jltara ("jltara," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jltara online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jltara.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jltara, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device used to access it, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. jltara reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jltara, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is restricted to persons aged 21 and above in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jltara, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jltara Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jltara reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jltara may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jltara Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your jltara account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jltara account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent jltara customer support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jltara immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

jltara will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jltara of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jltara Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jltara supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jltara account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jltara does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit supporting documentation before processing. jltara aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

jltara reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement fulfillment. Players may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement unless those requirements have been fully met.

Bonuses & Promotions

jltara offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jltara promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• jltara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate jltara's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jltara Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

jltara uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by jltara or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jltara's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. jltara will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly, but cannot guarantee the restoration of any game state that was interrupted by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jltara Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jltara staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to jltara immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jltara account on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jltara Platform, including but not limited to the jltara brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jltara or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jltara's prior written consent.
• Use the jltara name, logo, or any other brand elements for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.

Privacy & Data Protection

jltara collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jltara implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jltara cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jltara will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

jltara is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. jltara recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jltara, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jltara's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jltara account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jltara makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jltara does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Amendments to These Terms

jltara reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, jltara will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jltara Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting jltara customer support.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute in writing.
